Questions regarding

SHIPPING

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most packages are shipped via USPS or UPS. Depending on where you are located it can take anywhere from 3-10 business days to arrive from the day that it dropped off at the post office. We mostly ship Priority or Parcel Select. If you’d like to upgrade your shipping, please reach out and we will try to accommodate with an additional fee.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We can ship almost anywhere in the world. If Shopify won't allow you to checkout in your country, please reach out with your shipping address and what products you'd like to purchase and we can give you a shipping price and create an order for you. Please note that shipping costs are higher and we are not responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees of any sort for shipping outside of the US.

How will be order be shipped?

All of our packages ship plastic-free. We encourage you to recycle, compost, or reuse any/all items in your shipment.

My package was lost or stolen! What should I do?

It is such a bummer when this happens but, unfortunately, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to us and we can help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.

I placed multiple orders. Can I combine the shipping?

In most cases, absolutely! We will automatically combine and refund shipping costs unless the combined orders exceed the shipping cost. Then, we will refund the remainder of the money you paid.

Why is the shipping cost so high?

We do our absolute best to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Unfortunately, glass is heavy and is therefore more expensive to ship.

I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address when I checked out. Can I change the address?

Absolutely! Please email us immediately so we can update your information. If your item(s) have already shipped, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about the package being shipped to the wrong address and we cannot offer a refund or reshipment.

What do I do if my item(s) arrive damaged?

We pack all of our orders with extra love and care, but sometimes items still break in transit. Please email us within 48 hours of your package being delivered with a photo of the damaged item in the original packaging and a photo of the shipping container. In order to get a refund or replacement, you must email us multiple photos within 48 hours of your package being delivered to hello@chainlinesupply.com

  • Shipping

    All packages are shipped via USPS and are carbon-neutral. You will receive an email once your order has shipped. After you have received this email there is nothing I can do about changing your address. If you notice that you input the wrong address before this email please reach out and I will happily update it for you. I am not responsible for packages being shipped to the wrong address and cannot offer a refund or ship another item to you. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but you can file a claim with USPS. If you need help with this, please reach out and I will try my best to help you.

  • Returns

    I am a small business commited to help the environment as much as I possibly can. Returns are expensive for our wallets and our planet. I discourage returns for this reason, but I do accept returns as long as it's in the same condition it was when you received it. You will be charged a 25% restocking fee (this comes out of your original payment). Once I receive and inspect the item I will refund the remaining money to your original payment method. I will not refund the original shipping costs or pay for shipping the item back to me. Thank you for understanding. Mama Earth thanks you.
