We ship all of our packages using Sendle, a carbon neutral shipping service, but all packages are handled by USPS. You will receive an email with tracking information from Sendle once your order has shipped. Once a package is out of our hands and in the hands of USPS we know just as much as you do about where your package is. If you do not receive your package by the estimated delivery date you are able to file a claim through Sendle and they will do an investigation to locate your package. If you have any questions on this process we are more than happy to help you. Just send us an email with your order # and your tracking code.

 

We ship completely plastic-free. You can find out how to dispose of your shipping materials here. 

We are a small business who makes the majority of our products by hand. At this moment we do not accept returns. All sales are final. You can always contact us with questions or concerns.

 


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right! We always want to make sure you are happy with your purchase with us.
